This is actually really useful for dump shits (e.g. Me) who happily overwrite original game files with no worry of future consequence.

Oh, glarlorg, use Free Download Manager to download the file (http://files.gtagaming.com/www/files/uploads/0210/WeaponInfo.xml).

Actually, instead of "modded", why don't you change it to "GTA IV or EFLC default"? The guests might have confused about this, yo. 5/10
