Awesome model Push, too bad the texture are LQ :(

Well they are not that LQ. They are still 512*512. But yeah, I wish they were at least 1024*1024 but the source I used had them at 512*512. Doesn't make a substantial difference in-game though.

Please...could you don't lock the wdr file because I gonna edit some textures but I can't check it at the SparkIV,thanks...

@sahawx2, You can still edit the textures. It is just the model that you can't edit.

@Push, I know it, but I need to start the game when I finished my texture editing, that has a bit of trouble...

@sahawx2, Ok. If your problem is trying to preview your edit, just use OpenIV and click on the model to have a much better view than SparkIV.

any chance we could see a g3 battle rifle,preferably without any attachments, i know theres one around but it has a very weird bug at certain camera angles, cheers :)

@bugmenot, I did not use "your" model. I got this converted from cs source to .obj by a friend. There are a lot of sources for weapon models specially for FN Scars and Nikofromindo even let me use his models and he has a Scar model, so why would I steal "your" model.

@GTAIV_Dark_Vade, I only have MW2 and CS Source sounds plus there are already BF sound effects for people who want to use them.

@rumblylwc, Yeah sure, I already have plans on making one with extended 30 round mags and some other attachment but I will make one w/o any for you. It look a bit different though than the g3 available here because it has a tactical foregrip.

No, because I don't have the permission plus I resized the textures to half of the original so you may not like them.

cause the main model has every detail that my one has ,doesn´t matter how small it is and you used the same texture

@bugmenot there's alot of the same models circling around, I've often come across a desert eagle for example that is exactly the same model as some other people used here (only different textures). If push says he didn't use your model, just believe him and move on. It's not like you get paid per download.. so even if he used your model, whats the harm. You can't claim copyright on something that isn't yours to begin with.

No one can claim copyright on something that you did not create and I am 99% sure bugmenot didn't make this gun. My friend had this gun installed on his cs source and he used it to show me how to edit guns for cs:s and since it was already converted to something I can edit I decided to convert it to gta 4. I never release w/o permission any mod that I've downloaded on this site that I edited. There are a huge amount of models I can use found all over other places and I already have over 4 Gigs worth of gun models burned on a DVD so why would I steal "your" gun? It may be just a coincidence that you used the same model as me, I don't know where you got yours but I already told you were I got mine. If you can prove that you are the original creator of this gun, I will not hesitate to take it down from this site if you wish so.

Ok I think you are right. Sorry that I forgot the reason why we are making these weapons. Cause we don´t make them to be better than the other modders, we are creating/converting them for the whole community to make Gta IV as good as it´s possible (I swear I created the Scar myself otherwise I would write it down into the readme.txt and the description for the mod) I am really sorry for blaming you and I hope that you can forgive me :)
