Coupled with my real immersive sounds mod found here.http://www.gta4-mods.com/weapons/real-immersive-weapon-sounds-f10834 this mod took me a few hours to make. alot of gunshot timing with my stopwatch here is the list of full autos rates of fire.
M4 720 Rounds per min
AK47 606 Rounds per min
MAC10 45acp 1152 rounds per min
MP5K 922 rounds per min
pump shotgun now fires at a realistic speed
desert eagle 50.ae has alot of felt recoil with very high damage 2 shots is all it takes now. so many tweaks and changes please vote and enjoy. as always thank a vet
all weapons have real physics no more hollywood flight when a bullet impacts Replaces: weaponinfo

Have you ever considered that there are people that really can't be bothered messing around with all that?
People like Polapop here, do it so the others don't have to.
and people like me, i like it all set up. Besides that that little program does not take care of the ridiculous physix in GTA IV, love the game and all but if i shoot someone or something blows up i like it more when it would not bump up like a rocket booster on a rocket platform.
i give good ratings on mods that take care on a bit of realism in a game nice work ...
Sounds like a cool mod I would use it but then I couldn't play online, thats half the fun right there.

it seems he forgot the readme so here is some additional info.
you can replace the weaponinfo file in eather
users\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data
or
users\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\EFLC\common\data <- it might be that your installation of the dlc's is in this folder \Rockstar Games\EFLC\common\data
Replace the users with your main install location, program files or your user name etc ....
