Rubber Gun Mod for LCPD and NOOSE by Naruto 607,
compatible for riot control if you have LCPDFR Mod by G17 Media or Left 4 Liberty: Infection Mod by motorsport71.

This mod turns the police weapons' rounds, like Glock 22 (Pistol), M37A1 (Pump Shotgun), MP-10 (SMG), M4A1 (Carbine Rifle), AA-12 Auto Shotgun (TBoGT), P90 (TBoGT), and M249 SAW (TBoGT) into rubber rounds which has no damage, but with adequate Physics force.
This is the second version of my Realistic Weapon Mod. You can use it to knock down zombies, suspects, and rioters without injuring them, like pushing or pestering pedestrians or cops. It only applies on commonly police weapons in GTA IV and EFLC.
If you want to make a request to make all weapons use rubber rounds, you can, but it will take some time to analyze and test it myself with some weapon mods.

If you are asking for video, I'm mot good enough to convert GTA IV videos. Perhaps some of you can, and it's free though.
@ The Taco Po Po: Bean Bag rounds are available in my previous mod, which has the configuration for Bean Bags. For the riot control grenade launcher, hm... I don't know.
Oh yeah, remember guys, use this mod on riot control missions in LCPDFR Mod or if you want to escape from the zombies without injuring them in Left 4 Liberty: Infection Mod.
If you guys want to use the LCPDFR Mod (as the example from the description), I suggest go to this website link and download the installation program there.

Note that you must match the GTA IV or EFLC program version with the version of LCPDFR you have downloaded, for example the EFLC version 1.1.1.0 with LCPDFR Mod version 0.91.
