I'm guessing you did this with autodesk 3ds max? Because of the distance between the hand and the gun. Try using zmodeler (coltmaster made a really good tutorial)

@Killerfist666 btw, zmod have some dissappearing bug and transluscent bug on weapons.. And I make my mods from 3ds max using GIMS without those bugs and good hand position.. (look at the HK416 Custom and Scar-L w/ acog)

@shonenlex Than I'm definitely curious as to how you make a gun without this bug in autodesk, when I made guns on my own I did the handpositioning in zmodeler and the texturing in autodesk. But autodesk still makes the handposition move a little (and it is like this gun when you use nothing but autodesk).
