How did you convert this model into GTA IV without having the gun being misaligned (not pointing at the crosshair)? When I port my gun into GTA IV, My gun is always out of Niko's hands, it's all awkward. I have to re-align every weapon I port, which is tedious.

Did you have to re-align too? Or is there a better method?

Me too, I'm using GIMS for 3ds max to import all my weapons.

The only problem I have is when I overlap my weapon with the default weapon and delete the default weapon, and put my weapon into the game, the gun would be way misaligned. Was just wondering if you had to deal with realigning the weapon even though you put it almost at the same position as the default gta IV weapon.

So how did you import this weapon? What tools did you use?

Did you have to realign the weapon and stuff?

My guns are always misaligned when I import them. If you can help me, it'd be great. I use 3ds max and the GIMS plugin.
