A short magazine option was added

HK Autoshotgun secret Prototype model JG393

Can replace the pumpshot in GTA IV and the AA-12 in EFLC

Also can work as the Auto AA-12 in GTA IV, So add the AA-12 anim in GTA IV anims file and replace in the weaponinfo file with the provided weaponinfo lines

Note:
1.- You must use Open IV Tool, Download from
http://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=0
2.- Install it

Install the weapon:
1.- Backup originals files
Can replace the pumpshot in GTA IV and the AA-12 in EFLC
2.- Open OpenIV and replace w_pumpshot.wdr and w_pumpshot.wtd to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img
If you have EFLC just replace the aa-12. You do not need to replace the lines in the weaponinfo file.
3.- Save and rebuild

Install the WeaponInfo.xml Lines
(To change round capacity to 30, rate of fire and others adjustments)
Backup original file before...
1.- Go to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/common/data/WeaponInfo.xml
2.- Open the WeaponInfo.xml file with wordpad or other tool
3.- To replace the pumpshot: Find the "pumpshot" string and replace the provided lines
(If you have EFLC You do not need to replace the lines in the weaponinfo file and animgrp.dat
4.- Go to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/common/data/animgrp.dat, find this string "gun@uzi"
5.-Then copy the follow lines under the line that have "gun@uzi" string

# Adds
WeaponGroup( Streaming, gun@aa12 )

6-Then go to Go to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/common/data/default.ide, find this string "gun@baretta"
and replace the string with gun@aa12
7.- Save and exit

To add the gun@aa12.wad file in anim.img file:
If you have EFLC You do not need to add gun@aa12.wad in the anim.img file
1.- Go to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV /pc / anim / anim.img file
2.- Add the provided gun@aa12.wad in the anim.img file
3.- Save rebuild and exit


Ready for play. HAVE FUN!

Do not upload this mod in gta-real.com

Can you make a version without that type of mag? Maybe it won't be accurate to what you're going for but...Imo it would just look cooler

Oh, one thing, this weapon, pretty unusual, but great when applied on TBoGT AA12. Normal AA12, Explosive AA12, they're all good.

BTW, can you make detailed AA12 icon for TBoGT like what does KanePurcell do? The sample is at this link below.

CORE.MAX2010, buddy, I prefer the HQ one like you did to the previous. Oh, for some reasons, people wants the original ones if they have IV not EFLC. I would like to keep the original, but add the files into the archive (like presenting different WTD files or PNG-formatted pictures like cjisntgay do, you can check his mod if you like).

Oh, the thing is, I don't know where the slugs come out (the only thing to notice is when firing to see the slug color), so that is up to your decision on how do you want for this great mod.

I hope that you can do it. I can only tweak weapon lines and exactly good on picture-editing. Anyway, naming the icon with saying "Buckshot" or "Explosive" under the weapon picture is waaaaay too easy, and everyone can do it with Photoscape.

I replaced the AA12 anim in EFLC, replaced the baretta weapon.xml lines and replaced the weapon model and texture files. Game crashed when i tried to fire it, little help would be appreciated .

@MattiZZ: OK plesase for the EFLC you should keep the original weaponinfo lines (like is explained in the readme file)only replace the AA12 model and textures....

I seem to be having issues with this one, followed the instructions. Gta iv only, patch 1.0.7. When I raise or shoot the weapon the game crashes, and help or suggestions would be appreciated.

@AzureCrow: Hey man: I did delete the big mag and added short mag but: When I did convert the model from 3DS-Max 2012 to GTA IV it get several errors. So I did convert the model to obj and 3DS formats to edit with Zmodeler and convert it to GTA IV then the model get more errors. I will try to fix it one more time tonight and tomorrow. Please wait, because this errors are unusual

CORE.MAX2010, buddy, have you done with the new weapon icon for TBoGT like KanePurcell do? Updates are done, just, waiting for the icon. Explosives and Buckshot icon. Just that, and please keep the original icon for those who don't want those or only have IV installed.

Hey Core, I know you get requests often but you happen to know the game Deus Ex: Human Revolution? I just thought it would be really cool if you made a weapon pack of it since they're pretty badass.
